MBBS provides support to its customers through a variety of technologies. Whether near or far, MBBS gives your practice high quality support. We offer telephone, on-site and internet-based support services.

Telephone Support

Although we offer telephone support contracts, you will receive our highest attention whether you choose a support contract or desire support on a per-call basis.

Telephone support is available for $1.75 per minute.

On-Site Support & Training

MBBS representatives are available to healthcare representatives throughout most of Ohio. Special arrangements can be made for other areas in surrounding states. If you are outside this geographical area, we recommend our Remote Access Support option. Call us to schedule on-site training or support.

On-site support is available for $2.25 per minute ($135 minimum charge) + Travel. Travel charges are $0.80 per minute and added to all on-site visits.

Remote Access Support

If you have a high-speed internet connection, MBBS can setup an internet meeting between your office and ours. We can then take temporary access of your computer (only with your acknowledgement and permission) to fix most issues or provide training remotely. This is a great way to receive the best possible support (like being on-site) at a much lower cost.

Recently, a client that is 45 minutes from our office needed support that was done previously through on-site visits. Instead, we were able to connect remotely to their computer and correct the problem in 30 minutes at a substantial savings. They saved $126 compared to what the cost would have been for an on-site visit for the same amount of time.

Not all support can be provided online. Some support and training is better on-site or needs to be administered on-site.

Online Seminars

MBBS hosts online seminars (mini training sessions) covering specific topics. This is a great way for you to sign up for 1 hour classes that cover a variety of issues and topics.
